Important Shipping Information

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address upon checkout. Patti and Bango’s Place do not take responsibility for orders being wrongly delivered due to the incorrect address being provided at checkout.

If you believe there may be a mistake in the shipping address you provided, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to amend your shipping address however if your order has been processed and delivery booked before you contact us, we may be unable to redirect your order.

Domestic (within Australia)

Standard Domestic Delivery

Express Domestic Delivery

For Express service on parcels weighing over 2kg, please get in touch for a shipping quote.

Express option is not available for orders weighing over 5kg.

 

International (outside Australia)

International postage costs vary and are automatically calculated upon checkout based on country and weight.

PLEASE NOTE: Checkout will charge you in AUD, while pricess across the website will show in your chosen currency.

 

Delivery times

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and we endeavour to have your order packed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours* of your order being placed.

Delivery times vary based on your location, and Patti and Bango’s Place do not take responsibility for delivery times once parcels are handed off to shipping partners. Please see below for a rough guideline on delivery times based on your location:

Other Shipping Information

All orders placed on our website are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

We use Shippit for domestic orders and Australia Post for International orders. The courier/carrier service for our orders is chosen by these shipping partners, and could include Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, and more.
